We provide an online-based booking system for 1:1 onsite and online meetings with Leowe. In this process, we ask for your name, residential address, email address, and country of residence.

When booking an intensive 1:1 onsite or online meeting or when applying for a concession or a scholarship, we furthermore ask for your age in years as well as for your responses to a few sensitive questions to understand how best we could serve you.

In the event of an online or onsite satsang, we record your voice and video/image with your prior consent. By agreeing to our Privacy Policy, you also agree to the collection, storage, and publishing of satsang recordings. Publishing these recordings has only one sole purpose: to make the wisdom and teachings of Leowe available to those who seek guidance and Truth.

We, as well as the web hosting provider of this website, are currently registered in Germany. However, our volunteers — and the devices they use to support us — are located in different parts of the world. Your personal data, therefore, is also processed and stored outside the European Union.

The personal data that we collect and process upon your interaction with the website or the offerings provided therein will be stored for a period of 3 (three) years.

Personal data that is harvested through video or audio recordings, as well as any images or photographies collected, could be stored or shared for an unlimited amount of time for the sole purpose of sharing Leowe’s wisdom with those who seek the Self. To have on our website certain services at your disposal, we collaborate with third parties and their established resources.

Mailchimp: A tool that handles our newsletter and holds your email address and name; we also receive data about the opening rate of the newsletter as well the conversion rate of the links attached

WooCommerce: Provides the booking tool for online and onsite meetings and stores data such as name, email address, and residential address

Instagram: There is a direct link to Instagram on the website. When you visit our website, initially entering through the social media channel, Instagram collects data about this movement

PayPal and Stripe: Payments and donations are operated through these payment process providers. They collect information about your name, email address, residential address, and credit card

Apple iCloud: Provides the storage space for satsang recordings

Asana: Asana is our internal organisational tool. For the purposes of organising our workflow and exploring how better we could serve seekers of Truth, we create and store information about the meetings, names and details of the attendees, and the date of the event.

The law gives you the right to access your data as well as to object to the processing of your data. You may also ask for rectification or erasure of your personal information that has been collected and processed by us.
